About the Role: Facilities Supervisor
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all day-to-day operations across Noon’s retail stores and facilities. You’ll ensure that all locations are safe, clean, compliant, and fully functional. This position requires excellent coordination, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to keep store operations efficient and uninterrupted.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management

Supervise and manage daily facility operations across assigned retail stores.

Serve as the primary contact for store managers regarding facility-related issues.

Handle complaints and provide swift resolutions to maintain smooth store operations.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams for upgrades, renovations, and new store openings.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and fire and safety codes.
2. Maintenance Coordination

Plan and oversee maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and track the quality of vendor services.

Maintain accurate logs of maintenance schedules, vendor interactions, and completed work.
3. Vendor and Contractor Management
-
Coordinate with third-party service providers for cleaning, pest control, and waste management.

Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, vendor activities, and warranties.

Prepare periodic reports for management on facility conditions, incidents, and completed tasks.
5. Team Leadership and Training

Supervise and train on-site facility staff.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
Educational Background & Experience
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in facilities management, ideally in the retail or logistics sector.

Experience managing multiple sites and vendors.
-
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Technical Skills
-
Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Familiarity with UAE regulatory compliance standards.

Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and MS Office.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to emergencies.
