   • Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Engineering with 7+ years in a lead role or 5+ years in a similar role.

2. Senior Foremen/Foremen

   • Pipe/Structural Fabrication

   • Pipe/Structural Welding

   • Pipe Pre-Commissioning

   • Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or Vocational Course with 5+ years in a lead role or 3+ years in a similar role.

3. Work Preparators/Designers

   • Piping

   • Mechanical (Marine)

   • Structural

   • Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering with AutoCAD/PDSP/DMS proficiency and 3+ years’ relevant experience.

4. Marine Technicians/Fitters

   • Mechanical (Marine)

   • Machinist

   • Rudder & Propeller Fitters

   • Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or ITI Mechanical with 3+ years’ experience.

5. Machine Operators

   • Boring Machines (Conventional/CNC)

   • Lathes Machines (Conventional/CNC)

   • In-situ Machining (Line boring, flange facing, milling)

   • Qualification: Diploma/ITI Mechanical with 3+ years’ experience.

6. Welders & Fabricators

   • Welder – Pipe (GTAW SS)

   • Fabricator – Fitter (Pipe)

   • Qualification: ITI/Vocational Course with 2+ years’ experience.

7. Administrative/Support Staff

   • Material Controller

   • Document Controller

   • Clerk – Material Traceability

   • Qualification: Degree/Diploma in any course with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
