Job Purpose – Security Agent
As a Security Agent, you will play a key role in carrying out aviation and general security duties. This includes surveillance, guarding, access control, escorting, and screening activities across both airside and landside facilities. Your contribution will ensure the protection of Emirates Group staff, property, aircraft, and cargo.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your daily tasks will involve:

Performing aviation security functions, including guarding, screening, surveillance, access control, inspection, and escort duties at various facilities such as cargo warehouses, engineering hangars, and airside areas.

Recording and reporting any suspicious activities or breaches to ensure timely corrective action.
-
Guiding security staff from service providers (such as Transguard Patrol) in their day-to-day aviation and general security tasks.

Acting as a fire warden in emergency situations.
-
Participating in Quality Control Circle initiatives to enhance productivity and processes.
-
Serving as the first line of defense in safeguarding cargo against unlawful interference, including dangerous goods.
-
Protecting valuable and vulnerable cargo such as arms, ammunition, and other sensitive items.
-
Conducting aircraft inspections, searches, and guarding activities.
-
Undertaking passenger protection duties, including secondary security checks, baggage checks, and liquids/gels (LAGs) screening.

Protecting and securing lost items and coordinating their return to rightful owners.
Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Education: Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent.

Experience: At least 2 years in Aviation Security.

Knowledge: Familiarity with airline handling procedures and the implementation of security measures (e.g., security search, access control) is advantageous.
