Job Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by category, identifying new growth opportunities, and building long-term relationships with customers. This role requires an individual who is proactive, customer-focused, and ready to contribute to the brand’s sales success across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Achieve territory sales volumes by category and drive distribution of new products (SKU listings).

Ensure implementation of the Business Development Agreement (BDA), including visibility, promotions, and in-store execution.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while negotiating contracts and promotional activities.

Conduct daily field visits to ensure product availability and effective merchandising.
-
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to report market intelligence.

Guarantee proper stock management by auditing, rotating products, and addressing short expiry issues.

Support financial reconciliation by ensuring collections are aligned with Nestlé’s payment terms.

Work closely with merchandisers, providing feedback and ensuring products are properly displayed across shelves, checkouts, and promotional areas.

Implement promotional plans efficiently to maximize sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
Candidate Profile: What Makes You Successful
