Position: Storekeeper
SCAFFCO is currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage its warehouse operations. The selected candidate will ensure that materials are efficiently received, stored, and issued while maintaining compliance with the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in storekeeping, inventory management, and ERP-based systems, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Procurement Department for receiving materials and ensuring accurate coding in purchase orders.

Maintain up-to-date stock control systems and guarantee inventory accuracy at all times.

Ensure materials are stored safely and issued in compliance with HSE and QHSE policies.

Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification of inventory.

Assist Quality Control (QC) in verifying materials against technical specifications.
-
Handle inward and outward shipments, including transport and logistics coordination.

Prepare and maintain regular reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly inventory summaries.

Maintain ERP data accuracy and issue purchase returns when necessary.

Report hazards, non-conformities, or incidents to management in a timely manner.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and security of all materials, including hazardous goods.
Skills and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or storekeeping within the construction or manufacturing industries.

In-depth understanding of scaffolding materials and warehouse operations.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

Awareness of hazardous goods storage and HSE practices.

Valid UAE driving license (forklift certification preferred).
