Role Overview – Food Packer
As a Food Packer, your primary responsibility is to portion and pack meals accurately using Calo’s technology-driven systems. You will ensure that all meals are prepared on time, packed correctly, and ready for dispatch while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customers receive their meals exactly as ordered and on schedule.
Main Responsibilities
The Food Packer role involves a variety of operational tasks, including:
Portioning meal components accurately for each customer before delivery deadlines
Ensuring all meals are packed and dispatched on time
Communicating effectively with delivery drivers and the Customer Experience team
Handling last-minute order changes while maintaining quality standards
Maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Following food safety and operational procedures consistently

Qualifications and Requirements
