Role Overview: Storekeeper & Driver
The Storekeeper & Driver role combines responsibilities in storekeeping, fixed asset control, inventory management, and messenger duties. The selected candidate will support daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring accurate stock handling, proper documentation, and timely delivery and collection of important materials.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and driving responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The Storekeeper & Driver will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, including:

Receiving Pro Shop and general items from suppliers and verifying quantities and condition

Communicating with internal departments and suppliers regarding deliveries, documentation, and stock availability
-
Raising requisitions for the Finance Department based on operational requirements

Checking incoming items against invoices and approved purchase orders
-
Matching vouchers and invoices for Engineering, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Pro Shop, and general items within SCM
-
Maintaining fixed asset registers for the golf club and golf course maintenance stores
-
Exporting and managing import/export files from SCM and forwarding documents to Accounts Payable for payment processing
-
Creating items and vendors in SCM as requested by relevant departments
-
Conducting monthly Pro Shop inventory and preparing reconciliation and stock-closing reports
-
Exporting Pro Shop sales reports from Yellow Dog Inventory
-
Processing petty cash invoices and voucher matching
-
Delivering and collecting documents, cheques, and contracts from head office and corporate locations

Collecting accounts receivable cheques from clients and depositing daily collections at the bank
-
Performing additional administrative tasks assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates applying for this role should meet the following requirements:

Graduate qualification

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper

Valid UAE driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience in Dubai

Working knowledge of SCM systems, Jonas, and MS Excel
