Key Responsibilities
As an Area Supervisor, you are both a leader and a coach. You will work closely with your team in-store, role-modeling best-in-class sales behaviors and developing advisors to achieve peak performance. Your responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a diverse team responsible for driving Apple’s business across an assigned territory.

Coaching, training, and supporting team members to build deep product knowledge, overcome objections, and advocate Apple solutions effectively.

Collaborating with partner resellers and senior leadership to deliver training, demos, and communicate promotions and business results.

Ensuring Apple fixtures, product displays, and merchandising standards meet Apple’s guidelines through audits, surveys, and quality checks.

Conducting frequent business reviews and sharing performance updates to grow partner sales and market share.
Work Environment and Travel
This role is dynamic and field-based, requiring 60–80% travel between different partner store locations. Work hours are aligned with business needs and may include weekends and evenings. Candidates must have reliable personal transportation to commute across locations.
Qualifications and Skills
Apple is seeking professionals with a strong leadership background and proven sales expertise. Minimum qualifications include:

5–6+ years of relevant experience in sales, retail leadership, or business development.

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams through coaching and performance management.

Excellent collaboration, influencing, and communication skills.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications include experience in technology or solution-based sales environments, strong time-management skills, resilience, empathy, and the ability to thrive in change.
