Role Overview: Crew Member – Five Guys
As a Crew Member at Five Guys in Dubai International Airport, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction. Crew Members are cross-trained in multiple areas of the restaurant, allowing them to develop a wide range of operational and service skills. Training areas may include Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressings.
This role is customer-facing and requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail to meet Five Guys’ high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for the following duties:

Delivering the highest level of customer service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Handling basic customer queries and escalating complex issues to Managers when required
-
Adhering strictly to Five Guys brand standards and completing Five Guys University training courses
-
Understanding restaurant goals and actively contributing to achieving daily targets
-
Maintaining cleanliness across operational and kitchen areas, including restocking workstations and cleaning restrooms and terrace areas
-
Following uniform, grooming, punctuality, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
-
Operating the cash register accurately and safeguarding company assets

Supporting team members and working collaboratively during busy service periods

Performing any other reasonable tasks assigned by management
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a service crew member or in a similar customer service role
-
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Prior experience in food and beverage or quick-service restaurants will be an advantage.
