Role Overview: Warehouse Storekeeper
The Warehouse Storekeeper position is a critical operational role within the Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control of a wide range of materials. These include food and beverage items, merchandise, technical equipment, and zoological assets used across Miral’s attractions. This role supports efficiency, accountability, and compliance across all warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Storekeeper at Miral Experiences, your responsibilities will include:

Receiving goods and verifying deliveries against purchase orders using a 3-way matching process

Conducting quality checks, including expiry dates, temperature, weight, and packaging condition

Ensuring correct storage in dry, chiller, and freezer areas based on product requirements

Issuing materials against approved requisitions and work orders, following FEFO principles
-
Performing regular stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records in systems such as Eatec and Maximo
-
Operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts, and thermometers safely
-
Maintaining compliance with HACCP and ADFCA food safety standards
-
Working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
Qualifications and Experience Required
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations

Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP systems such as Eatec, Maximo, or Oracle Fusion

Ability to operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks
-
Knowledge of HACCP and ADFCA compliance standards
